I created Intentional Body Co for women who are tired of feeling stuck in the cycle of starting over, trying every new plan, and feeling like fitness has to completely take over their life to “work.”
My goal with coaching is to help women simplify everything — nutrition, training, mindset, and routines — so they can finally feel strong, confident, and consistent without obsession, extremes, or burnout.
I’m not interested in cookie-cutter coaching or building a massive business where clients get lost behind a team. I want coaching to feel personal. I want my clients to feel known, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. Every plan is built around your life, your goals, your schedule, and the season you’re in.
At Intentional Body Co, the focus is on creating lasting change through sustainable habits, strength training, balanced nutrition, accountability, and real connection. This is about feeling better, building confidence, and creating a lifestyle you can actually maintain long term — not just chasing short-term results.
